Meet Your Instructor: Grillys Cleveland

We are excited to introduce Grillys Cleveland, a passionate Spanish instructor originally from Venezuela. Grillys brings a unique blend of real-world business experience and language education to the classroom, making her an exceptional guide for learners at any level.

Her journey into teaching Spanish began while managing a claims department at an insurance company, where she saw the increasing demand for Spanish-speaking employees. Rather than waiting for the slow hiring process, she took the initiative to train existing employees in Spanish, which led to incredible engagement and rapid learning results.

That experience reignited her childhood dream of teaching, and she went on to instruct Spanish at the college level, helping students gain confidence and fluency. Now, she is bringing her expertise online to reach even more students through Bryght Empowered Learning!
